Signing up for Notifications from Service Status

You can sign up for email, SMS, and other types of notifications from the Northwestern IT Service Status page. 

1. Visit the IT Service Status page.
2. In the top, right-hand corner, click the blue Subscribe to Updates button, which will open a notification subscription window
3. Select the type of notification you'd like to receive by clicking the icon corresponding to the appropriate type of notification: email, text, or something else.
4. Put in the email address or phone number where you'd like to receive the updates
5. Next, either leave all services (components) selected or pick only those for which you'd like to receive updates.
6. Check your email or text messages to confirm your subscription.

You can always unsubscribe via a notification email or by texting STOP to the status page text message notification number.
