Zoom - Authentication Exception

Zoom has the ability to add Authentication Exceptions to meetings and webinars which permits specific individuals (non-Northwestern affiliated) to be added to your secure events when you enable the authentication requirement (Northwestern NetID users only).

Each Guest that is invited as an Authentication Exception will receive a unique link permitting them access to the meeting. If you schedule a meeting or webinar and you enable the authentication requirement, you'll see and Authentication Exception prompt open. Click on Add to add a user.
