Cayosoft Administrator now has the capability to assign a Secondary Owner to manage group memberships.
The Owner (Secondary) role has the same permissions to add or remove group members as the Managed By (Owner).
How do I Request a secondary owner to a Cayosoft Group?
Requests should be submitted by the current Managed By Owner of the group
- Submit a support request through TeamDynamix and assign the ticket to NUIT-ISO-IAM
- Title: Cayosoft Group – Add Secondary Owner
- Description: Add <NetID> as secondary owner to Cayosoft Group <GROUP_NAME>
- Click the Submit button
Verify Cayosoft Group Ownership
