Zoom recordings can be downloaded manually and uploaded to another location for storage and sharing. Current Zoom and Panopto users will have their Zoom recordings automatically copied to their Panopto accounts.
To download your Zoom cloud recordings to your personal storage:
- Go to northwestern.zoom.us
- Click Login
- Enter your NetID and Password
- Click on Recordings (in the menu on the left)
Next to the recording you want to save, click the ยทยทยท button, then select Download to download all files or click on your meeting Topic name to select individual files.
After downloading, you can then delete your files which will send them to the Zoom Trash where they can be recovered for 30 days.
