This guide explains how to navigate to and use the Tree Viewer in NUFinancials.
Use the NUFinancials Tree Viewer to look up and view department hierarchy.
Follow these steps after logging in to NUFinancials.
- Click the NavBar icon:
- Click the Navigator icon:
- Select Tree Manager:
- Select Tree Viewer:
NUFinancials displays the Tree Viewer (search) page.
- Enter search criteria and click Search.
- To find all Tree Names leave the search fields set to the defaults.
- To view something other than Tree Names click the Search By drop-down menu and select another option.
- To limit the search results or search for something specific enter a value in the begins with For example, type NU_DEPTID_MASTER to find the Primary University Organization Mapping.
NUFinancials displays the results of your search.
- Click the name to display detail information.
NUFinancials displays the information.
- Click a folder with plus sign icon
to expand it.
