• Open the Zoom app on your laptop.
• Press Share Screen

Host a Zoom Meeting

• Click the Join button on the Neat Board.
• There is no need to connect to the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
• Presenting from a laptop via the method detailed above will share the laptop content into the Zoom meeting.

Start a Zoom Meeting

• Click the Join button on the Neat Board.
• There is no need to connect to the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
• Presenting from a laptop via the method detailed above will share the laptop content into the Zoom meeting.

Start the Recording

• Click the Record button on the Neat Board.
• After the recording has been stopped or the Zoom meeting ended, the recording will be available in the meeting owner's Zoom account.
