Right-click the wireless network icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and select Network and Internet settings.

Click Properties for your eduroam connection.

Review the Type of sign-in info field:
- If it shows EAP-TLS, the device is using a certificate-based connection.
- If it shows a different method, run the eduroam installer to configure it correctly.
