This article is for someone who has an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) entitlement from Northwestern University and is using an Adobe ID identity type account. Note that Adobe ID account passwords are managed by the individual and Adobe.
Logging in with an Adobe ID account:
- Navigate to adobe.com.
- Click the sign in button on the top right.
- Enter your Adobe ID (ex. ****@u.northwestern.edu).
- Select "Company or School" account if prompted.
- Enter your Adobe password.
- You should be brought to the landing page where you can view all available apps.
- If issues persists, open a new browser window in private mode or incognito and try the steps again. If the problem persists contact your local IT support team.
