This Guide describes the iBuyNU interface.

The home page of iBuyNU are shown and described below in three areas: Top, Left, and Right.

Top Area

What

Description

1 Search Search by transaction ID such as Cart, Purchase Order or Invoice.
2 Shopping Cart Click to view products currently selected and checkout/assign to a requester. Click View My Cart or Checkout for those actions.
3 Action Items View action items related to assigned carts, etc.
4 Notifications View notifications related to assigned carts, shared carts, etc
5 Profile Click to view your profile or return to NUFinancials or Logout.

Shop

Shop (search) field is one of several tools in this system to help you find a product in the marketplace. Search by keyword, supplier or manufacturer part number, or UNSPSC code.

Favorites

View/manage favorite products.

Suppliers

Browse supplier catalogs in list view.

Action Menu

Links to various displays and functions:

  •    Home – Displays the Home page.
  •    Shop/Carts - View and manage carts you've created and carts that have been assigned or shared with you. View and manage groups for shared carts.
  •    Orders - Manage and monitor the Carts and Purchase Orders (POs) you generated within the system.
  •   Accounts Payable – Manage and monitor your invoices generated within iBuyNU.
