Using a Duo Bypass Code

In an emergency, when you don't have any of your Duo options available to you, call the IT Help Desk at 847-491-4357 (1-HELP) for an emergency bypass code. Ask for a Duo two-factor emergency bypass code. You will be asked to verify your identity by providing unique personal information.

Using a Duo bypass code

1. When prompted to "Verify your identity" via Duo, click "Other Options"
2. 
3. Click on "Use Duo Mobile passcode"
4. 
    
5. Type in the Duo bypass code in the Passcode field that was provided by the IT Service Desk
6. 
7. Click Verify
