Guest Access
Students can authorize parents, family members, or other trusted individuals as guests to securely access select information, including:
- Tuition and billing statements, with the ability to make payments
- Grades
- Contact information
- Financial aid and student loans
- To-do items
- 1098-T tax forms (must be obtained from the student)

Students can designate individuals, such as parents, guardians, or other trusted parties, as Authorized Payers to securely view student account information and make payments on the student's behalf. Visit the Authorized Payer page for step-by-step instructions on creating an account. |

1098-T tax statements are issued directly to students. If another individual needs a copy, it must be obtained from the student. To receive your 1098-T electronically, please visit ECSI. |

Students must first create a guest account in CAESAR and select the level of access they would like to grant.
- Log in to CAESAR using your NetID and password.
- From the Student Homepage, select the Profile tile.
- In the left navigation menu, select Manage Guest Access. If the menu is hidden, select the Navigation icon (two vertical bars) to expand it.
- Select Add Guest.
- Agree to the consent for release of information policy. Click Submit
- Enter your guest's first name, last name, relationship, and email address.
- Create an Authorization Phrase and a temporary password for your guest.
- Select the information and services you want your guest to access, such as:
- Grades
- Addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Review Emergency Info
- Financial aid information (if available)
- Financial Aid History
- To do Items
- Make deposit for tuition
- Select Save.
A GuestID will be emailed to your guest. You must give the Authorization Phrase and Password to your guest. You can update or revoke guest access at any time by returning to Profile > Manage Guest Access.
