Updating Wireless and Outlook 2016 on macOS after changing a NetID password

After you change your NetID password, some of your Northwestern services may become unavailable, depending on whether you set them up to save your password. Below are instructions to resolve issues relating to your wireless, VPN, and Outlook setups. You should be able to connect automatically to the eduroam Wireless Network with your NetID and NetID password through your Network Preferences. If you were not prompted to connect, you can manually configure your connection using the following instructions:

 

Updating your eduroam wireless connection

This is a two step process. You will need to delete your old wireless configuration and create a new one.

  1. Deleting your old wireless profile with your old NetID password
