This guide describes how to view attachments on requisitions in NUFinancials.
- Requesters can view attachments to requisitions once they have been submitted for approval.
- Examples of documents that may be attached are the Bid Documentation form, Sole Source Justification form, and vendor quote.
- These attached documents may be in Excel, Word, or Adobe acrobat format (pdf).
- There are 3 ways to view attachments in a requisition:
- Requisition Details
- Approval Status
- Edit Requisition
Navigation: NUFinancials > Employee Self Service Homepage > eProcurement > My Requisitions
- Search for and locate the requisition.
- Click the Details icon at the end of the requisition to expand the Lifeline of a requisition.
Method A: Requisition Details
- Click the Requisition icon in the Requisition Lifeline.
- A new window opens with the Requisition Details. Under Requisition Lines, click the paperclip icon for the line attachment that you would like to view.
- Click View.
Method B: Approval Status
- Click Approvals icon in the Requisition Lifeline.
- A new window opens with the Approval Status. Click the triangle icon to expand Line Information section.
- Click the comments bubble to view attachments. If the comments bubble appears empty, there are no attachments to view.
- Select the desired attachment to view.
Method C: Edit Requisition
Note: This method is only available if the requisition has not been sourced into a Purchase Order (Purchase Orders icon is grayed out).
- Select Edit Requisition from Action drop down menu.
- Viewing an attachment will not result in re-initiating the approval process.
- Making changes to chart strings, dollar amounts, quantities, etc. will result in re-initiating the approval process.
- Requisition Shopping Cart page will appear. Click Checkout button.
- Requisition Checkout page will appear. Under Requisition Lines Overview, click Line Comments to view attachments.
