How to Host a Zoom Meeting in Annenberg 142
|
Host a Zoom Meeting
- Click the Join button on the Zoom Control Pad on the room podium.
- This will connect the room cameras, microphones, and speakers to the Zoom meeting.
- There is no need to connect to the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
- Presenting from a laptop via either method detailed above will share the laptop content into the Zoom meeting.

- After the recording has been stopped or the Zoom meeting ended, the recording will be available in the meeting owner's Zoom account.
