Update the default Adobe Settings for PDF file conversion specific to your Outlook client.
Windows PC desktop Outlook client
1. Open the Outlook desktop client on your Windows PC.
2. Click on the "Acrobat" ribbon.
3. Then click on the "Change Conversion Settings" preference button. A new window will appear.
4. Under the settings tab, uncheck "Output Adobe PDF Protfolio when creating a new PDF file".
5. Click OK to save your change.
