NUworkspace is a virtual desktop suitable for accessing NU services without the requirement for Feinberg's Duo Device Health application.
Please be aware that the NUWorkspace desktop may take time to load initially, but on subsequent logins will load much faster. Please use the Google Chrome browser in
NUWorkspace to access NU resources that require Duo Device Health compliance, like webmail, Workforce and Canvas.
- Visit https://northwestern.apporto.com/
- Click the Log in button and sign in with your Northwestern University NetID and NetID password
- Find the Duo Device Health Compliant for Feinberg Use tile and click the Launch button (you may need to scroll down to find it)
- Double-click on the Google Chrome icon at the bottom or left-hand side of NUWorkspace desktop
- Visit office.com and sign in with your Northwestern University NetID and NetID password
