How to Check Duo Mobile App Version
Using Duo's Verified Push functionality with the Duo Mobile app requires version 4.16 (or higher) on Android devices and 4.17 (or higher) on iOS devices. To verify the version number of your Duo Mobile App, you can use the following steps:
Android
To see which version of Duo Mobile is installed on your device:
- Go to the Android Settings menu.
- Tap Apps.
- Scroll down and tap Duo Mobile.
- The "App Info" screen shows the version.
Find the latest version of Duo Mobile in Google Play.
iOS
To see which version of Duo Mobile is installed on your device:
- Open the Duo Mobile app.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner in the app.
- The version number will be listed at the bottom of the pane.
