Abstract: This article is intended to provide process guidance for when a computer is being pulled from circulation for the purpose of a needed repair and actions relevant to the Asset Management system.

Login to services.northwestern.edu
Navigate to TDXNext, select the "waffle", and choose Endpoint Assets
Select Assets in the left side pane and search for the computer by host name or serial number
Edit the record, scroll down to the Status field and change the status to "Out for Repair", update other fields that may be missing or inaccurate such as Product Model, Owning Acct/Dept, Owner, etc., and click Save
