If a user requests access to Atlas.ti, please redirect them to WITS for account provisioning.
Login Issues
Some users may report that they are unable to log in to Atlas.ti. This issue is often caused by screen resolution settings, where the "Go to Login" button is not visible on the screen.
Resolution
- Ask the user to adjust their screen resolution or zoom out in their browser window.
- After making this adjustment, the "Go to Login" button should become visible.
