Use the Cayosoft Web Portal to access management and self-service features. You must be connected to the Northwestern VPN and sign in using your NetID credentials.
Sign In to the Cayosoft Web Portal
- Open the GlobalProtect app and connect to the Northwestern VPN.
- Click or copy the Cayosoft Web Portal link to your browser: Cayosoft Web Portal
- Sign in using your NetID and password.
- Type "ads\" before your NetID.
- For example: ads\yourNetID
- If your login is successful, the Management & Self-Service Portal screen will be displayed.
Unable to Sign In?
If you are unable to log in to Cayosoft:
- Verify that you are connected to the Northwestern VPN.
- Confirm that you are entering your credentials in the correct format: ads\NetID.
- If you continue to experience issues, submit a support request through TeamDynamix and request that the ticket be assigned NUIT-ISO-IAM Team.
