Who should our support staff work with at the event.

The AV Support team will set up the conference room 30 minutes before the event begins, unless otherwise specified in the request.

Support for events after 5 PM CDT on weekdays or on weekends will require help from third-party services, which will incur a fee.

AV requests must be submitted at least 5 days in advance and no more than 6 months from the submission date.

You can select multiple locations if it applies.
Please include the full folder path and name.
