Apple Developer Programs

Northwestern University manages two Apple Developer Program memberships on behalf of the institution: the Apple Developer Program (App Store) and the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Both are administered centrally by Northwestern IT, so individual developers and departments do not need to purchase their own memberships.

Student requests are only considered when sponsored by a university unit, faculty member, or staff member.
Service Request Purpose
Apple Developer Program  Publish apps on the App Store, distribute via TestFlight, sign Mac apps with Developer ID
Apple Developer Enterprise Program  Distribute internal-use only apps directly to Northwestern employees via MDM or secure internal systems
The following is a separate service request for App Store publishing. It is not an Apple Developer Program membership and does not grant access to either program above.
