CERES stands for Central Electronic Research System. It is an enterprise sponsored research administration management system with revamped analytics environment to support business functions. The system will be used for proposal submissions (directly to Grants.gov or not), grant and contract administration, award management including award modifications and other post award changes, and agreements management.
