Untie the network and power cable from the back of the Zoom cart.
Connect the power cable to the nearest power outlet.
Connect the network cable to the network port behind the projector screen.
Facing the screen, locate the control buttons on the behind the screen near the lower-right corner and press the power button.
Follow the on screen instructions to start or join meeting.
If there are any laptops in the the room that in the same Zoom meeting, make sure to "leave audio" or mute and turn down the volume of your laptop speakers to avoid any audio feedback.
If you are unable to hear the remote Zoom participant(s) through the Zoom cart speakers, the system's volume may be turned down. Tap the screen to bring up the meeting controls. Then select "more" and drag the volume slider all the way to the right.
You may find that the Zoom cart's camera follows the subject using "auto framing". To disable this feature, start a meeting, then tap the screen to bring up the meeting controls. Select "more" -> "camera controls" -> "auto framing" -> "off".
To shut down, face the screen, then locate the control buttons behind the screen near the the lower-right corner. Press the power button once, then select “Yes” from the touch screen to shut down. Wait for the system to power down before unplugging or moving.
