Considerations
- Projects added to a Microsoft Teams channel are accessible to all members of that channel
- Access to the project is based on Teams or Microsoft 365 Group membership, not task assignment
- Projects are viewed and managed through Planner
- Notifications may be generated for channel members when a project or tasks are added or updated
- A license is required to create and manage projects; unlicensed users have limited or view-only access
