Guest Access to CAESAR
To help protect student data, Northwestern has implemented enhanced security measures for CAESAR. As a result, guest users are temporarily unable to access student information, including grades, registration and financial aid details.
Tuition Payments
Students can designate Authorized Payers (parents, family members, or other trusted individuals) to securely access billing information and make tuition payments on their behalf. Visit the Authorized Payer page for step-by-step instructions.
Accessing Student Information
We are working to provide a more secure solution for guest access to student information and will share updates as they become available.
In the meantime, students continue to have full access to their information and can share billing statements, financial aid details, enrollment information, grades, and class schedules with family members or other trusted individuals as needed by providing that information directly.
