Installing ImageJ

• Download Imagej from here: https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html
   
• The program comes as a zip, right click the on the downloaded zip file and select Extract Here
  
   
• Once the everything is extracted, click and drag the Imagej folder and move it to your desktop
  
   
• Upon the initial start up, you will have a Windows Security Alert because of the firewall
  
   
• Uncheck Domain networks, such as a workplace network and press cancel.
   
• Imagej will open and you are finished!

Installing Fiji without administrative rights

• Download Fiji from https://imagej.net/software/fiji/downloads, once downloaded click the Extract all button
  
   
• Once extracted, you can drag the folder to the desktop and start using Fiji. Please not that Fiji will also update without administrative rights
