To print from self-managed faculty and staff devices, install Mobility Print to add Northwestern Print queues. Mobility Print supports Android, Chrome OS, iOS, macOS, and Windows, and requires admin rights to install.

To enable advanced print features like hole punch and stapling on Windows when using Mobility Print, install the Ricoh PS UniversalDriver and configure the BW and Color Mobility Print queues to use it. This unlocks additional printer options through the Accessories tab in printer properties.

To install Mobility Print on an unmanaged Windows computer, start by downloading the Mobility Print installer from the Northwestern Print website. Once the download is complete, run the installer with administrative privileges. The setup wizard will guide you through accepting the license agreement and selecting the appropriate printer options. After installation is complete, printers such as BW and Color will appear in your computer’s printer list.
