Open Settings, then select Network.

Click the arrow to the right of your connected eduroam network.

Scroll down to the eap.outer section near the bottom of the page.

Check the EAP type:
- If it is set to EAP-TLS, the connection is certificate-based.
- If it is set to another method, run the eduroam installer to configure it properly.
