Clicking Connect in GlobalProtect should prompt you with the Northwestern Online Passport. If instead you get a blank white window, you need to reset the security settings within Internet Explorer.
- In the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, click the tools icon () > Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- At the bottom click Reset all zones to default level, then click Apply, then OK.
- Connect to GlobalProtect.
