This guide is to assist Graduate Faculty members with accessing, reviewing and entering Academic Progress details of a student.
Once an email notification has been received stating a student as submitted their Academic Progress:
- Log into the Graduate Student Progress (GSP) system at
- You will see a list of students assigned to you as their adviser or as a committee member. Click on the student name to access their GSP record.

- From the menu choose Academic Progress. Review the information entered by the student.
NOTE: on the student's academic progress page, be sure the correct academic progress year is selected and displayed.

- Enter an Adviser Evaluation Score if required by your program. Enter comments in the Adviser or Committee section to the right of the student information and then finalize.
