How to Order Microsoft Products in iBuyNU

This article walks you through the process of ordering Microsoft products available in iBuyNU.

Access iBuyNU

Most users who order Microsoft products in iBuyNU have the Shopper role. If you are a Shopper, use the Shopper Login button below to access iBuyNU and create a shopping cart.

Important: If you are a Shopper, you must know the name of your assigned Requester before placing an order. At the end of the shopping process, you will be required to assign your shopping cart to a Requester, who will review, complete, and submit the requisition for processing.

Access the CDW-G Computer Supplier Punchout in iBuyNU

Instructions to Access the CDW-G Computer Supplier Punchout in iBuyNU
  1. Log in to iBuyNU as a Shopper and click on the CDW-G Computer Supplier punchout on the right side of the page.

 

  1. After being redirected to the CDW-G website, select Microsoft Software Titles from the left navigation menu.

 

  1. Browse and select the Microsoft product you would like to purchase.
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. Once the item has been added, click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page, then select View Cart.

 

  1. Review the cart details and click Checkout.

 

 

  1. On the Checkout page, select Assign Cart located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

 

  1. In the Assign Cart pop-up window, click Search and locate the Requester's name.
  2. Enter any relevant notes for the Requester and click Assign.

  1. The shopping cart will be assigned to the Requester for processing. The Requester can then provide additional purchase details.
