To print from self-managed faculty and staff devices, install Mobility Print to add Northwestern Print queues. Mobility Print supports Android, Chrome OS, iOS, macOS, and Windows, and requires admin rights to install.

To enable advanced print features like hole punch and stapling on macOS when using Mobility Print, install the Ricoh PostScript drivers and configure the BW and Color queues using the CUPS web interface.

To install Mobility Print on an unmanaged macOS computer, download the installer from the Northwestern Print website and follow the guided setup. After installation, authenticate to the BW and Color queues using your NetID to enable printing.
