From appointment initiation through HR processing, appointment letter generation, and student communication, GSA provides a streamlined experience that supports consistency, compliance, and visibility across the appointment lifecycle.

How do I get access?

• Please visit this page to complete the required training and request access: https://www.northwestern.edu/ses/staff/system-access.html
• How do I access the Graduate Student Appointments within CAESAR?
  • Navigate to https://caesar.ent.northwestern.edu and sign in with your NetID and password.
  • Select Administrator Homepage in the drop-down menu in the upper left corner.
  • Click the Graduate Student Appointments tile
