The network file server, also referred to as FSMResFiles or shared drive, is our encrypted server which allows departments to share data between authorized users. All Feinberg users with a NetID should already have access to this drive, though you will need approval to be granted access to specific folders. Outside users can be granted access to these folders by first generating a Feinberg affiliate NetID and then receiving approval from an authorized user to a specific folder on our drive. These requests will need to be sent in with separate emails to fsmhelp@northwestern.edu by authorized users.
