The University’s Faculty Recruiting System, a partnership among the McCormick School of Engineering, Human Resources Information & Technology Services (HRITS), and the Office of the Provost, aims to improve the user experience for faculty applicants, search committees, and support staff. It expands the faculty recruitment process to include applicant and search committee capabilities, as well as integrating the collection of applicant demographic information.
