Technical assistance is available for Projecting onto the Screen, Room PC’s, Web Cameras (only Forum & Ver Steeg), Microphones (only Forum & Ver Steeg), and Solstice Screen Sharing.
Equipped with projection screens and flexible furniture, the Large Meeting Spaces are designed for interactive, Faculty and Staff member special receptions and other formal social events.
Ver Steeg & Deering 208 Meeting spaces are equipped with a lectern and microphone, 90-degree monitor and connected computer.
The Forum Room is equipped with a fixed 10-foot screen, along with a region-free Blu-Ray deck, VHS Videotape deck, Laserdisc deck, CD Audio, Digital ceiling-mounted projector, PTZ Camera, and Solstice Screen Sharing.

To reserve the Forum Room, request a room at libraries.nu/libraryspace. At this time, you can also reserve laserdisc screenings and can specify what media you will need (Blu-Ray/DVD, VHS or computer projection)
