Northwestern University Staff and Students can check out a variety of equipment from the Circulation Desk at the University Library including Lending Laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, Cell Phone Chargers, DVD Drives, External Hard Drives, just to name a few. Staff Support for Circulating Hardware
Technical support is available for University Library Staff who are having issues with Lending Laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads such as inability to reimage a Lending Laptop, locked iPad screen, unable to turn on Chromebook, etc.
Student Support for Circulating Hardware
University Students who are having issues with Lending Laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads can return the device back to the Circulation Desk, accommodations will be made based on inventory.
