Library Staff are issued a Desktop or Laptop with either Windows or Mac OS installed for their daily work. Library IT provides technical support for anything hardware related to their issued device: requesting a CD/DVD drive, external drive, docking station, a new desktop monitor, a new machine for a new hire, just to name a few.
