Feinberg IT has implemented a new tool, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), to grant elevated privileges. With CyberArk EPM, users can install and update trusted and verified software applications without the need for local administrative rights or remote support sessions with Feinberg IT. CyberArk EPM also enables users without administrative rights to make many system configuration changes such as time settings, adding peripherals, and common Wi-Fi/networking needs.
The list of trusted software titles is comprehensive and will continue to expand as new software titles are requested. FSM IT will be happy to work with you to understand your goals and timeline and may also recommend available alternatives that may suit your needs. If no alternative exists, or if features or project-specific requirements cannot otherwise be met, the requested software will be reviewed as quickly as possible for addition to CyberArk EPM.
