Managed Services - End User Computing

End User Computing provides secure and reliable computing environments, and allows for schools and departments to more effectively utilize their staff and computing resources. Implementation enables ongoing monitoring and maintenance of departmental devices, which ensures:

  • Reduced downtime when a computer or other device experiences a problem
  • Quick response and problem resolution, either in person or via remote support
  • Improved security for information and devices

Service features include:

  • Endpoint security via antivirus, data encryption, data backup, and software patching
  • Delivery of new systems that are fully integrated via central device imaging and deployment
  • Device Management, including agent monitoring to ensure proper tracking of device lifecycle
  • Access to NUIT Service Desk, a customized and full-featured service desk
  • Field Services support including desk side support by friendly and competent technicians
  • Installation and troubleshooting for customer-specific software
  • Disposition and redeployment of aging equipment
  • Peripheral support, limited to setup and basic functionality
  • Printer support, limited to setup and basic functionality
  • Mobile device (NU Owned) support, limited to setup and configuration of email

$525 per device per year
