Bulk User Enrollment Request Form

Managers of custom course sites can request to have users added to the course site in bulk to facilitate the course enrollment process. This service is only available for use in custom Canvas course sites (not CAESAR-based courses). 

When users are added to a course site via the bulk enrollment process, the user is automatically enrolled in the course site, and they will see it in their Canvas courses list. By contrast, users who are manually added to a course from the People area of the course site are invited to the course and have the option to accept or decline the enrollment invitation. 

Additionally, course managers may request to have users removed from a custom course site in bulk using the Bulk User Enrollment Form.

How to Request Service

Click the “Request Canvas Bulk Enrollment” button to the right. 

You will complete the form and upload your file to submit your request. 
A Teaching and Learning Technologies staff member will contact you with any questions or confirm when the bulk enrollment is complete.
