To create a new @alum account, please click below and follow the prompts.

To reset the password for your @alum.northwestern.edu account, click below and respond to the security questions.  

https://our.northwestern.edu/ascendportal/s/login/ForgotPassword. 

Accounts will remain in place if they are being used. Accounts which are not being accessed/opened and which have no email forwarding rules enabled will be removed after two years of inactivity. Attempts will be made to notify owners prior to account removal.
