If you don't see your employee's self-review comments at the bottom of the performance excellence form, then you need to enable that view.
At the bottom of the performance excellence form, look for the area that says Section Summary: Self-Review. Below that is the section called Other Reviewer's Responses. Click on that drop-down to see an employee's comments.
