Setting your Pronouns in Zoom

Zoom has built-in support for adding your pronouns and how to share them.

Access your Zoom profile by logging in at https://northwestern.zoom.us using your NetID and NetID password. 

  1. Click Profile from the left side menu. 
  2. Click Edit on the right side, opposite of your name. 
  3. Add your pronouns in the Pronouns section. 
  4. Select how you would prefer to share your pronouns in meetings and webinars from the dropdown menu. 
  5. Click Save. 
 
Note: Showing pronouns is only available with Zoom version 5.7.0 and above.
