Resetting your CAESAR GuestID password

• GuestID
• Email address on file for the GuestID
• Student's date of birth
• Last four digits of the student's Social Security Number

When you have that information ready:

1. Visit CAESAR at http://northwestern.edu/caesar
2. Click Trouble Logging In?
3. Click I am the parent or guardian of a student.
4. Click Proceed to reset your password.
5. Follow the rest of the steps on the page to reset the GuestID password.

Note: If you are unable to reset your GuestID password online, then you must contact your student so they can create a new password for you through their CAESAR account. The IT Support Center cannot reset GuestID passwords.
