You can use the Listserv Web Interface at https://listserv.it.northwestern.edu to check your listserv's configuration, but you may prefer to use email commands.
Use the INFO command to see how your listserv is configured:
- Send a plain text email message to listserv@listserv.it.northwestern.edu with a blank subject line and no email signature.
- Enter INFO listname as the body of the message (where listname is the name of your list).
