Resolving an "Internal authentication error" in CAESAR, myHR, or NUFinancials

If you can't log into services such as CAESAR, myHR, or NUFinancials because you receive a message that says An internal authentication error has occurred, it is likely that you have not yet registered for Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

 

You will need to register a phone for MFA before you'll be able to access the service. For instructions on doing so, see Registering and managing your devices for Duo multi-factor authentication.
