Transferring a call to your office phone number using your Cisco 7841 phone

Follow these steps if you're on the phone with someone and want to transfer them to someone else.

1. Press the Transfer  button.
2. Enter the phone number you want to transfer them to.
3. Announce the call (optional).
4. Use the Swap softkey to toggle between calls (optional).
5. To reconnect to the conference if a called party isn't joining, press the Cancel softkey, then press the Pulsing Green Line button to reconnect to the original caller (optional).
6. Press the Transfer  button.
