Signing your name on the Harassment and Discrimination Prevention course in myHR Learn

If you have tried entering your name on the acknowledgement page after completing Harassment and Discrimination Prevention course in myHR Learn and you are unable to proceed, it may be due to an extra space in your name.

1. First try re-entering your name to make sure you haven't accidentally included any extra spaces.
2. If you still can't proceed, try adding an extra space somewhere in your name: before your first name, between your first and middle name, etc.
3. If adding an extra space does not work, then you will need to contact servicedesk@northwestern.edufor assistance.
   Everfi is the third-party provider of this training and they will need to manually enter the user's name on their end. Assign to tier 3.
